Shipping & Returns
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your parcel has left our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
At Botanika Living we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. You may return products ordered from botanikaliving.com by shipping the products back to us in their original packaging.
For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon receipt of the original item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
In the rare incident that the wrong product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct product or if the original product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon receipt of the item delivered in error. In order for us to receive products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.
Any costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items received more than 90 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged. Only items purchased on botanikaliving.com can be returned to botanikaliving.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
